We specialise in the sale of custom-built and pre-built gaming PCs, PC components, and accessories.
All product descriptions and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge.
We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • Correct any pricing errors, descriptions, or availability issues.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or built.

  • We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available methods).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

4. Delivery

We offer personal local delivery and regional delivery across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and workload.

Delivery Rates:

  • FREE – OX25, OX26, OX27 (Bicester area)
  • £10 – Other Oxfordshire postcodes
  • £15 – Milton Keynes, Northampton, Aylesbury
  • £25 – Reading, Swindon, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Leighton Buzzard, Hemel Hempstead

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched or is ready for delivery.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors such as traffic, courier delays, or weather conditions.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom-built PCs are non-refundable, except in cases of fault or under your statutory consumer rights.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

If your PC develops a fault, please contact us. We’ll diagnose and repair or replace components as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Warranty

All new PCs and components come with a minimum 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental or physical damage
  • Misuse, overclocking, or software-related issues
  • Third-party repairs or alterations

If a component fails under warranty, we will repair or replace it with an equivalent item.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched or built.
Once a PC build has started, a cancellation fee (typically 10–15%) may apply to cover parts and labour costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Data loss, downtime, or indirect damages
  • Delays or delivery issues beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.
