You can get in touch directly via our contact form, email, or social media. Tell us your budget, what you plan to use the PC for (e.g. gaming, streaming, editing), and any specific preferences you have. I’ll work with you to create a build that fits your needs and send you a quote.
Can I choose specific parts or features?
Absolutely! If you have a certain processor, graphics card, or even case style in mind, let me know. I’ll always try to match your preferences — based on availability and compatibility.
What if I’m not sure what I need for gaming?
No worries! I’m happy to recommend a build based on the games you want to play, your budget, and any future plans you might have (like streaming or upgrading).
Are your PCs suitable for streaming or editing as well as gaming?
Yes. I can build systems tailored to streaming, video editing, music production and more — just let me know what you need, and I’ll build accordingly.
How long does it take to build and deliver a PC?
Your PC will usually be prepared and tested within 2 working day's from stock. Delivery is via tracked and signed-for 24-hour courier. Overall, you can expect delivery in around 3–5 working days, unless there’s a delay with parts — in which case, I’ll let you know right away. If there is a custom element to your build then delivery could be longer.
Do you offer local delivery in Oxfordshire?
Yes, I offer personal local delivery in Oxfordshire and some surrounding areas. This is chargeable based on location, and we’ll confirm the cost when you place your order.
Will I be notified when my PC is shipped or ready?
Yes — once your build is ready and tested, I’ll contact you to arrange collection or delivery and give you the tracking info or local drop-off time.
What happens if a part is out of stock or delayed?
If there's any delay or a part becomes unavailable, I’ll be in touch immediately to discuss options — whether that's waiting, swapping parts, or adjusting your build.
How do I pay for my PC?
You can pay by bank transfer, via SumUp card terminal, or in cash. We’ll agree on the method that works best for you.
Is a deposit required? (Only applies to personally delivered PC's by myself)
Yes for PC's that are being delivered by myself — I require a 20% non-refundable deposit to cover labour and secure your build. The remaining balance is paid on collection or delivery.
Can I pay in instalments?
Currently, instalment plans aren't available — but I can offer flexible payment dates depending on your situation. Just reach out and we’ll see what works.
Is my deposit refundable?
The 20% deposit is non-refundable once the build has started or parts are ordered, due to the time and labour involved in custom builds.
What does the 30-day hardware warranty cover?
Your PC is covered for 30 days against any hardware faults not caused by accidental damage or misuse. If something goes wrong during that time, I’ll repair or replace the faulty part.
What voids the warranty?
The warranty will be void if the PC case has been opened or if overclocking software (like MSI Afterburner) has been installed. I test and optimise each system before handover, so no extra tweaking is needed.
Can I return the PC if I change my mind?
Because each PC is custom built to order, I cannot accept returns simply due to a change of mind. I’m always happy to help before you order, to make sure you’re confident in what you’re buying.
Do you offer support after the warranty ends?
Yes — even after the 30-day warranty, I’ll always try to help. Whether it’s advice, troubleshooting, or pointing you in the right direction, I’m here for you.
Can I speak to someone if I have a problem with my PC?
Yes — you’ll deal directly with me, and I aim to respond as quickly as possible. Just drop a message through the website or social media.
Do you offer help after delivery?
Definitely. If you need help setting up, understanding your system, or just want to double-check something, I’m happy to assist.
What if I have an issue but it’s outside the warranty period?
I’ll still do my best to help you, even if it's outside the warranty. I can diagnose issues and offer advice on repairs or upgrades where possible.
Do you sell parts separately?
No — I only sell complete PC systems. I don’t offer individual parts for resale.
Do you repair PCs not purchased from you?
At this time, I only offer support and repairs for systems built by Oxfordshire PC Gaming.
